We roast small batches because great coffee deserves close attention.

Every origin tells a different story. Our job is to listen — to adjust temperature, timing, and airflow until each bean speaks clearly. We source directly from farmers we know by name, roast in batches small enough to taste every shift in profile, and ship within forty-eight hours of roasting. That is the whole of it.

No dark-roast shortcuts. No commodity blends. Just six rotating single-origins, each one chosen because it taught us something new about what coffee can be.
