How We Source

Every bean traced from farm to roaster. We visit the estates, cup alongside farmers, and bring back only what earns a place in the lineup.

Our six active lots rotate seasonally. When a coffee is gone, it’s gone — replaced by the next harvest that meets our standards. Subscriptions guarantee first access to every new lot.
